Q – What are the payment options?
You can pay easily with any credit or debit card via the Paypal checkout (no account required just enter your card details in Paypal as a guest).
We now offer ‘Login & Pay by Amazon’ which is a super-simple checkout option if you have an Amazon account. By clicking the Amazon Pay button, a pop-up login box will appear and you can login with your Amazon account. Postal address and payment information will automatically be securely populated from Amazon without the need for further input from you. And you get the same A-Z protection with this purchase as you would expect via your Amazon account!
Cheques and bank transfers also accepted(details given on selection of checkout option), subject to clearing times.
Alternatively, if you are a business or NHS supplier and you wish to pay via invoice/purchase order, no problem, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you asap.
Q – Is your site secure?
Yes! Our site is secured by COMODO SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so any information you enter during the checkout or account creation process is secure. Look for the padlock symbol in your browser bar (some browsers may differ). We never store any payment details on any of our servers (in fact we never see them) as this is all handled by Paypal or Amazon Pay. Our own SSL protection is in place to protect your privacy when browsing and giving us your address and email details etc. Buy with Confidence!
Q – How long will my item take to arrive?
UK orders (FREE postage) will be despatched within 24 hours (mon-fri, holidays excepted) so you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days normally. Please allow a little bit longer in busy shopping periods. Please email us if you have a specific request for ultra-speedy delivery and we will do our utmost to oblige.
International orders can take from 5 – 15 working days depending on the country of delivery. We will always despatch quickly so rest assured you will get your items as quickly as possible, but please allow sufficient time for the postal system to do its stuff.
If you are making a bulk purchase for international (non-UK) delivery then please contact us first for a bespoke shipping quote and we will arrange a secure courier (which tends to be slightly quicker and better value for larger items than domestic airmail post ).

Yes, we are UK VAT registered and our registration number is GB 231 9831 08. VAT invoices are supplied as standard.
Q – Can I register for a credit account / do you accept NHS purchase orders ?
Yes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – we can accept all official purchase orders or business enquiries, where applicable subject to a credit check. We are compatible with all NHS purchase order systems including Aggresso.
