Returns Policy
At Novelty Nurse, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please:

Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Free returns are available for damaged or incorrect items.
For all other returns, items must be returned at your own cost
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
