Happy World Radiography day!  8th November marks the anniversary of the discovery of x-radiation by Wilhelm Roentgen in 1895.

Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen was a German mechanical engineer and physicist, who produced and detected electromagnetic radiation known as X-rays or Röntgen rays, an achievement that earned him the first Nobel Prize in Physics in 1901 (ref wikipedia).
